Rally The Valley Phoenix Suns

The date is June 19, 2021 and the Phoenix Suns are back in the Western Conference Finals.

The Phoenix Suns have been on a hot streak lately. They are currently in the playoffs as the number two seed and they are definitely one of the favorites to win it all. The valley is behind them 100% so if you're looking for more information about what's going on with our favorite team, then look no further!

The addition of Chris Paul, and other things have jolted this exciting Team into a successful regular season, rewarding playoffs and now the Western Conference Finals. Can you believe it has only been a year since that happened?

Rally the valley! The Phoenix Suns are in the playoffs for the first time since 2010.  It's been a long, hard road back to where we want to be. We have not only fought through injuries but also an entire rebuild and five years of waiting patiently (or impatiently) for this moment. This is it though- our chance to show that we're still here, that we'll never give up on this team, and that there are playoff games coming right here into Phoenix, for now and hopefully years to come.

It has been around 10 years since the Suns were in the WCF, and the playoffs. Year after year, fans were expecting and hoping for a blast from the past with the high octane offense of the Steve Nash and Amare Stoudemire years.

Or even moreso from the NBA title contenders in the days of Charles Barkley and Kevin Johnson.

As an almost lifelong Bulls fan, it is cool to see how much these fans adore their Team. And with exciting players like Devin Booker, Deandre Ayton and the ageless Chris Paul, the fans have their team to root for!

They continue their quest for a Championship tomorrow against the Los Angeles Clippers, and no matter what the outcome is, the fans and City have something to be very proud of--a team that didn't make the playoffs a year ago, to now having defeated the current Champs with LeBron James; sweeping the Utah Jazz and now in the Western Conference Finals.

The Phoenix area continues to grow, with many people coming from out of state. If you have not been to a Suns game, it is one box you must check. Visit their Stadium website, order tickets, check out their schedules using this link. As a kid who attended several Bulls games-if you have children, try to attend 1 game. It is a memorable experience, and The Suns Arena is a super fun place to be and visit.

The Phoenix area, often referred to as "The Valley," or "The Valley of The Sun," inspired local hip hop artist Dann G create the tune "Rally The Valley" which has become The Suns song during the playoffs, and allowed for more merchandise around the popular phrase.

Not right near The Stadium but some of The Valley's best pizza, check out Cibo.  There are also some amazing restaurants slated to be Downtown in the near future. Check out this list of the 20 new restaurants coming to Downtown Phoenix.

Don't want to deal with parking issues? Longer drive times? Check out the convenient Light Rail. Super easy to get around, affordable, and usually not too crowded. When this was introduced to The Valley years ago, it was so nice to have some more options to get around, and to get to and from places that sometimes otherwise could be a drag.

Rich with history from being an expansion team, managed and owned by popular Jerry Colangelo, previous Championship runs, battles with the rivals Spurs and Lakers, constant coaching changes, and hopes and dreams-the City now hopes they have their winner. Good luck, Suns!
